Kylie Rienschield

Kylie Rienschield is an accomplished Environmental Health & Safety professional with over six years of experience in workplace health and safety programs, risk mitigation, and compliance in high-paced environments. They have served in various roles, including WHS Design and Startup Manager and Workplace Health and Safety Manager at Amazon, where they successfully developed safety initiatives and ensured regulatory compliance during new site launches. Kylie gained foundational experience as an Assistant at Ken E. Rienschield Inc and further honed their skills as a Special Project Assistant at Ohio University, supporting environmental health initiatives. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health Science & Occupational Hygiene and Safety from Ohio University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.
