Lamia Alashaikh has a robust background in technology and customer engagement, with experience spanning multiple prestigious companies. Initially, Lamia began a summer training program as a Trainee - Software Test Engineer & Application Developer at Elm Company in 2016. Afterward, a tenure at Oracle from November 2017 to May 2020 as a Technical Consultant was followed by a role as an Integration Technical Sales Specialist and later as a Customer Success Manager at IBM from June 2020 to December 2021. Currently, since July 2025, Lamia serves as an Apigee Customer Engineer at Google. Lamia holds both a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from King Saud University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
