Lara Schmieding

Lara Schmieding is a Program Manager at Google, where they focus on enhancing tools and managing cross-functional projects for Google Shopping. Previously, they worked at YETI Coolers, where they held positions as a Digital Producer and Digital Merchandising Manager, overseeing eCommerce initiatives. Lara's early career includes roles at Kendra Scott, where they led the eCommerce team and engaged with customers across social media platforms. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a Professional Management Certification in Project Management. In their personal life, Lara enjoys indoor cycling, podcasts, and spending time with their twin toddlers while renovating a fixer-upper in Austin.
