Larkin MacKenzie-Ast

Larkin MacKenzie-Ast is a project management professional with experience in HR, governance, and strategy across six industries. They served as a Casting Director and Business Owner at melissa & larkin from 2002 to 2009 and later held various leadership roles at Coast Capital Savings, including Lead of Member & Business Integration. Larkin managed the board appointment process for over 250 boards in British Columbia, significantly increasing female representation. As Executive Director of The Forum, they led initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs and are currently the Head of the Personnel Compliance Office at Google. Larkin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and is a certified Project Management Professional.
