Lata Jindal

Lata Jindal is a seasoned professional in hardware engineering with extensive experience in leading and managing verification processes across multiple prominent technology firms. Currently serving as a Hardware Leader at Google since June 2022, Lata previously held roles such as Senior Principal Engineer at SambaNova Systems and Director at both Intel Corporation and Oracle. In these capacities, Lata was responsible for overseeing verification processes for enterprise-class microprocessors and managing project milestones effectively. With earlier positions at Sun Microsystems and in design verification at Hal Computers, Lata has developed expertise in silicon validation and SOC verification. Lata holds an M Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has completed the CORe Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School.
