Laura H. has a diverse background in customer success, sales, and operations management. With an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Swinburne University of Technology, Laura began a career as a Customer Success Consultant at Fitness First Australia from March 2009 to February 2012. Following this, Laura served as a Brand Activation Manager at GMR Marketing until January 2015, before advancing to The Stepstone Group as a Sales Account Manager. From January 2018 to June 2019, Laura worked at Google in various roles within the EMEA People Operations and Machine Learning Data Operations teams, contributing to the delivery of high-quality data services for AI/ML product enhancements.
