Laurel Krieger

Laurel Krieger has extensive experience in strategic planning and operations within the technology sector, holding key positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Google. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Laurel served as Vice President of Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff for the CTO, as well as Vice President of Strategy and Planning for the HPC, AI, and Labs business. In earlier roles, Laurel held the position of Director of Strategic Planning, where responsibilities included leading HP Labs initiatives and advising senior leadership. Currently, Laurel is the Director of Strategy and Operations at Google since April 2022. Laurel's career began at Hewlett-Packard Labs as an IT Engineering Manager and Strategic Planning Program Manager, where a focus was placed on managing global teams and supporting organizational transformation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Information Sciences from California State University, Chico, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
