Lauren Crabb

Lauren Crabb is a Senior People Partner at Google, where they focus on supporting organizational growth and effective people strategies. Previously, they held HR roles at Airbnb and Cisco, contributing to global HR initiatives and organizational change efforts. Their early career included various HR advisory positions within Camden Council, where they managed complex employee relations and recruitment processes. Lauren holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.
