Lauren Kelley has been working at Google since 2006, where they have held various roles across digital advertising, product management, and development. Currently, Lauren serves as the PM Steering Program Management Lead, overseeing a team that designs and scales programs to support the Product Management function with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Lauren built the learning and development practice for Product Managers and managed partnerships for Google Domains. They hold a BA in Mass Communications from UC Berkeley, along with additional certifications in Marketing and Business Excellence. Lauren is also an internal Career Coach, helping fellow Googlers navigate their career paths.
