Laurent Perron has extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, beginning at ILOG where Laurent served as Principal Architect from 2004 to 2007, focusing on the ILOG Solver product. Subsequently, Laurent held the position of Chief Architect, responsible for designing and enhancing the architecture of the ILOG Constraint Programming (CP) and ILOG CP Optimizer products. Laurent also contributed as a Software Developer by leading the development of ILOG Solver's search functionality and creating the ILOG Parallel Solver. Since 2008, Laurent has been a Software Engineer at Google, currently leading the Operations Research team. Laurent earned a PhD in Computer Science from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) after completing studies at Ecole normale supérieure.
