Lavanya MK

Lavanya MK has extensive experience in real estate and project management, with a career spanning over two decades. From January 2011 to July 2022, Lavanya held the position of Executive Director and India Head of Real Estate at Goldman Sachs, overseeing real estate planning, development, and environmental social governance. Prior to this role, Lavanya worked as a Project Architect at Krithika Subrahmanian and Associates, a Project Design Coordinator at BOVIS LEND LEASE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ISC, and a Senior Project Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, managing multiple fit-out projects. Since May 2024, Lavanya has been serving as General Manager of Real Estate & Workplace Services at Google, following a transition from the role of Director and India Head of Workplace from July 2022 to May 2024. Lavanya holds a Master in Building Engineering and Management with a focus on Project Management from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Madras.
