Leanna Fries

LeAnna Fries, MA, PHR, CPHIMS, serves as the Chief of Staff at Google since 2019, where valuable contributions include driving strategy and operations for the global Technical Program Management Executive Steering Committee. Previously, LeAnna held leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, Mindstrong, Stanford Health Care, EnableMD, Dignity Health, Providence Health & Services, MemorialCare, UCLA, and served in international development with Plan International. An expert in healthcare informatics, product leadership, and strategic operations, LeAnna has focused on artificial intelligence, healthcare analytics, and digital transformations. Educational background includes transitioning from a BA in Communication and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California to an MA in Medical Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, culminating in executive education at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
