Lee Robinson is a telecommunications professional with extensive experience in systems and network management. Robinson served in the British Army as a Systems Telecommunications Technician from August 1988 to March 1999. Following military service, Robinson joined Global Crossing as a Project Manager, initially working as a Network Engineer and advancing to oversee multiple critical subsea systems. From April 2002 to July 2025, Robinson held various roles, including Networks-Principal for Telstra, AsiaGlobal Crossing, AsiaNetcom, and PacNet, focusing on the operation and maintenance of major international networks. Currently, Robinson serves as the Regional Operations Lead at Google since July 2025. Education includes a BTEC OND in Electrical Engineering with Telecoms from Harrogate Army Apprentice College.
