Lela Crandall

Lela "Boshion" Crandall has a diverse background in leadership, research, and strategic operations. At California State University, Chico, Lela served as the Head Delegate and Director of the Model United Nations program, achieving top 5 percent placements among over 200 institutions for three consecutive years. Additionally, as part of the Graduate Studies outreach and marketing team, Lela utilized Google Analytics to enhance recruitment strategies and successfully rebranded the graduate program. In the CVM Law Group, LLP, Lela worked as an Executive Assistant, supporting the Managing Partner with research in commercial real estate law. Most recently, Lela took on roles at Google, focusing on portfolio management and immigration program management in the Americas. Lela holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and International Economics and a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Chico.
