Lena Meltser

Lena Meltser has a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. From 2009 to 2012, Lena worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower, managing the end-to-end hiring process and fostering partnerships with hiring companies. Subsequently, at Intel Corporation from January 2017 to August 2021, Lena held positions as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Learning and Development Partner, focusing on recruiting top talent and developing technical training programs for R&D organizations. Lena’s career also includes experience as a Recruiter at Psagot HR and a Purchasing Coordinator at Compulab. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at Google since August 2021, Lena is equipped with strong expertise in human resources and organizational development, supported by a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a B.A. in Human Resource Management from the University of Haifa.
