Leo Chang is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management and leadership across multiple sectors. As the Founder and CEO of shift90 from 2005 to 2015, Leo established a consultancy to address technology and leadership deficiencies in companies, simultaneously serving as a consulting CTO for product development. Leo has a track record of mentoring entrepreneurs through the Executive Entrepreneurs Society and held various leadership roles including COO at Libreum Capital Management and CTO at TactusMD, where Leo redefined an electronic health record software. Currently, as a Senior Product Technology Manager at Google, Leo has successfully launched over 100 products and features within Google Commerce, Shopping, and Travel. Leo co-founded Innovative Care Solutions and holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
