Leonardo Dias

Leonardo Dias has over 15 years of experience in helping companies unlock value by addressing their most challenging issues. They began their career as a Telecom Analyst at INTEC Tecnologia before moving on to positions in venture capital and consulting at Monashees Capital and Bain & Company. As an entrepreneur, they led technology development at NovaNano and contributed to the pharmaceutical R&D sector. Most recently, Leonardo served in various strategic roles at Google, focusing on sales and operations across the US and Latin America. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidade de São Paulo.
