Libo Wang

Libo Wang is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both research and industry roles. Wang began as an undergraduate researcher at the Center of Domain Specific Computing at UCLA, focusing on alignment optimization for a custom vector processor and later on FPGA-based accelerated computing for medical imaging and deep learning applications. Wang interned at Qualcomm in RF software engineering and at Google, where contributions included constructing map-reduce data pipelines for ad intelligence and developing features for an in-house testing framework. Currently, Wang is a software engineer at Google, working on core infrastructure for YouTube Shorts and engineering productivity solutions for YouTube Ads. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, both with a 3.9 GPA, and graduated summa cum laude.
