Lifeng Nai is a staff software engineer and ML accelerator architect at Google, where they focus on TPU architecture exploration, hardware-software co-design, and performance optimizations for ML platforms. Previously, Lifeng worked as a visiting scholar at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, contributing to high-performance graph computing frameworks. They also served as a research assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in processing-in-memory applications and large-scale graph computing systems. Lifeng is currently pursuing a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics Engineering and Electrical and Computer Engineering, respectively, at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Georgia Institute of Technology.
