Lili Meng

Lili Meng is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in machine learning at Google, where they focus on building scalable AI systems for real-world impact. They previously held roles as a Machine Learning Researcher at Borealis AI and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Deep Learning at The University of British Columbia. Lili's academic background includes a PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of British Columbia, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. They also contributed to the UBC community as a co-organizer of the Laboratory for Computational Intelligence Robuddies Reading Group and served in leadership positions within various student organizations.
