Lily Medway

Lily Medway has a diverse professional background that spans leadership roles in civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and technology. As Director of Public Relations for the Washington State Legislative Youth Advisory Council, Lily promoted youth civic engagement and fostered relationships between young people and state legislators. Lily founded Rare Air Studios, focusing on videography and video production. Currently, as an Associate Product Manager at Google, Lily contributes to Google Search, while recent roles include serving as Apple Campus Leader, leading a laptop distribution initiative, and various leadership positions within Kappa Theta Pi, where Lily emphasizes community service, social engagement, and women's empowerment in tech. Additionally, Lily participated in the selective Product Innovation Program at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, further enhancing product management skills. Lily is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Michigan, building on foundational education at Issaquah High School.
