Lisa Figone

Lisa Figone, PHR, is a Senior HR Business Partner at Google with 18 years of progressive experience in building relationships and addressing organizational challenges. They have spent a decade in HR leadership roles at Google, where they have developed scalable HR expertise and advised executive leaders on talent management and organizational design. Lisa previously held positions at UC Davis, the San Francisco Unified School District, and various counseling services, showcasing a diverse background in both HR and mental health support. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family & Child Counseling from San Francisco State University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Italian from UC Davis.
