Litu Rout

Litu Rout currently serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin since August 2022. Previous experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Student at the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, where contributions were made to various published works, including the VOT2018 and VOT2019 challenges in visual object tracking. Litu has also worked as a Scientist at Space Applications Centre, ISRO, contributing to advancements in image enhancement and adversarial learning, alongside authoring notable research papers. Recent work as an AI Research Intern at Qualcomm focused on generative modeling for image compression. Litu's academic journey continues at The University of Texas at Austin, where studies are ongoing until 2027.
