Liya Mathew, CPA, has a solid background in accounting, beginning with education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University. Liya gained valuable experience as a Financial Accounting Intern at DePaul University and as a Financial Control Intern at Northern Trust Corporation. Following these roles, Liya transitioned to EY, where responsibilities included FSO Assurance Associate, FSO Assurance Senior Associate, and Financial Services Assurance Manager from September 2021 to August 2024.
