Liyu Yang

Liyu Yang possesses extensive experience in power electronics and design, beginning with a role as R&D Test Engineer at Huawei Electric Corporation, focusing on adjustable speed motor drives. Following this, Liyu advanced through various positions at Valence Technology, Inc., culminating in the role of EV Product Manager while leading design efforts for lithium phosphate battery systems. Subsequent roles included significant contributions at TI as a Power Management and Analog IC Design Engineer, Apple as a Senior Power System Engineer, and currently at Google as a Power Specialist. Academic credentials include a PhD in Power Electronics and Analog IC Design from North Carolina State University, an MS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a BS from Zhejiang University.
