Liza Shomer possesses extensive experience in operations and project management across various technology companies. Liza held the position of Global Support Operations Manager at Mavenir from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing a Customer Support CRM migration project to ServiceNow and leading merger activities within the global support organization. Prior to this, Liza served as an IT Project Manager for Tel Aviv Municipality, overseeing multiple complex IT projects. Additionally, Liza worked as an Infrastructure Manager at Waze and is currently a Product Operations Manager at Google since January 2021. Liza has also contributed to NICE Ltd as a Project Manager and to Comverse Technology, Inc. in multiple roles focused on methodologies and project management, including ITIL implementation and customer support initiatives.
