Loc Dao

Loc Dao is an experienced CAD sculptor and industrial designer, currently serving as a CAD Sculptor at Google since April 2024. Previously, Loc was the Director of CAD Sculpting at Ammunition from August 2022 to April 2024 and held the position of Lead Digital Modeler at Canoo from October 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a senior role at General Motors, where responsibilities involved digital design sculpting and visualization, and previous positions focused on clay and digital sculpting. Loc has also contributed as a mentoring instructor at the College for Creative Studies and completed internships at Calty Design Research and General Motors. A background includes graphic design work in various settings, demonstrating diverse skills in both technical and artistic disciplines. Education was received at the Cleveland Institute of Art and Kent State University.
