Lois J.

Lois J. has a diverse and extensive background in law and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting. Lois served on the Law Student Perspectives Committee at the New York City Bar and worked as the Assistant Director of Career Advising at Columbia Law School. At VallotKarp Consulting, Lois advised various organizations on DEI strategies and developed leadership seminars. Further experience includes a Fellowship at 92nd Street Y and a role as an Attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Lois led DEI initiatives as the Lead D&I Consultant at EY for the Americas Financial Services Advisory Practice before joining Google as the Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion Leader. Education includes an AB in English, Government & Law from Lafayette College, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, coursework in Career Planning and Development at New York University, and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College of Columbia University.
