Louise Delaney

Louise Delaney is currently the Director of People Operations and Technology at Personio, a position held since 2024. Previously, they worked at Merrill Lynch as an Intercompany Accountant from 2004 to 2007, and at Google from 2012 to 2015, where they served as the Global Process Manager for Payroll Accounting and held various roles including Global Process Owner for People Operations. Louise earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin between 2001 and 2004, and completed a professional qualification in Accounting and Business/Management through CIMA from 2004 to 2008.
