Luccas Paroni has a diverse background in software development and organizational development, beginning with experience as a Member of the People and Organizational Development Board Team at Warthog Robotics from April 2017 to August 2018. Luccas co-founded iTeam São Carlos and the Núcleo de Empreendedorismo da USP São Carlos, contributing from November 2017 to November 2019 and August 2018 to March 2020, respectively.
