Lucy Phan has extensive experience in technology and data analytics, particularly in roles involving program management and business architecture. At Cisco, from March 2003 to August 2021, Lucy served as a Business Architect, focusing on data analytics related to deals and subscriptions, utilizing tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Python. Prior to this, Lucy held positions at IONA Technologies as a Senior Global Services Consultant and at Netegrity as a Development Manager, where responsibilities included client engagement and UI development for identity management products. Lucy's early career includes a role as a Software Developer at Oracle, contributing to the development of e-commerce solutions and help desk systems. Currently, Lucy is a Program Manager at Google since August 2021. Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from MIT School of Engineering in 1996.
