Luise Valentin Rygaard

Luise Valentin Rygaard is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in privacy and identity infrastructure at Google since December 2018. Prior to this role, Luise co-founded Kelda, focusing on developing tools for modern web services, and worked as a freelance educational writer for Alinea, creating a Python programming course for Danish students. Academic contributions include being an undergraduate researcher at UC Berkeley, where Luise developed a declarative language for container orchestration, and serving as a teaching assistant in multiple computer science courses. Additionally, Luise completed internships at Apple and Columbia University, engaging in software engineering and research related to automatic speech recognition.
