Lujayn Megally

Lujayn Megally is a UX Researcher at Google, operating within the SMB Customer Insights Team for Google Ads since May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Research Analyst at Exponent, where extensive research was conducted with over 1,000 sessions and process optimizations were implemented to enhance efficiency. As the Co-Founder of BruinBunk, Lujayn developed a sublease marketplace that gained traction rapidly among users. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a UX Researcher at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where site retention increased significantly, and as a Data Science Project Lead for the American Statistical Association, achieving recognition among competitors. Lujayn also conducted user research for the California State Library and was involved in data collection efforts during an internship at Kaiser Permanente. A Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a Computing specialization was earned from UCLA.
