Luyao Liu, CPIM, has extensive experience in data center planning and supply chain management across several leading technology companies. Luyao served as Planning Manager at Facebook from December 2016 to August 2019, and held multiple roles at Google from April 2021 to September 2024, including Manager of Data Center Planning for Cloud and ML/Cloud. Prior to Google, Luyao worked at Amazon Web Services as a Program Manager/Capacity Analyst, focusing on data center capacity management. Other roles include Global Supply Chain Planner and Product Specialist at Novus, and a recruitment internship at Vestas. Luyao holds a Bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University and a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
