Lynn ElHarake is currently the Head of Customer-Centric Sales Strategy at Google, specializing in strategy and operations. Previously, they served as a Solution Manager and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on large-scale transformations and organizational health. Lynn has also worked as a Fulbright Fellow with the U.S. Department of State and held various roles in research and consulting, including significant contributions to global health initiatives. Lynn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from Duke University and is pursuing an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Fluent in Arabic, Lynn is passionate about social impact, underground music, and traveling, having visited 45 countries to date.
