Maco Ma is a Staff Engineer at Google since July 2024, previously serving as a Principal Engineering Manager at Microsoft from June 2020 to July 2024, where leadership of multi-functional teams focused on customer-facing services took place. Maco Ma also led production development teams to enhance productivity and retention within Outlook and Teams. Prior experience includes a role as Software Development Senior Manager at Oracle from August 2005 to June 2020, overseeing Dev/QA teams in building search infrastructure for Fusion ERP across various platforms. Early career experience includes work as a Software Engineer at Actuate, where involvement in the open-source BIRT project occurred, and as a Project Leader at KOAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, LLC focusing on web projects. Education includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University and a Bachelor's degree in Surveying Technology from Hohai University.
