Madhumathi Kesavan

Madhumathi Kesavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Global Lead for Integrated Service Excellence and Incubation & Process Excellence at Google since March 2016. In this role, Madhumathi provides thought leadership to enhance the efficiency and customer experience of the Google Operations Center. Prior to Google, Madhumathi worked at Infosys from September 2003 to March 2016, holding positions such as Senior Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, and Test Lead, where responsibilities included setting up and managing production support systems for e-commerce and warehouse management solutions across multiple regions. Madhumathi holds an M.S. in Information Technology and Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Madras.
