Maggie Senft

Maggie Senft is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, community development, and leadership. Starting as a Resident Assistant at Fordham University, Maggie demonstrated leadership and community-building skills, organizing over 70 programs for undergraduate students. Subsequent roles included Talent Recruitment Coordinator at Success Academy Charter Schools and various positions at Google, culminating in the role of Recruiting Operations Program Manager, where Maggie manages operations and develops strategic programs to enhance recruitment processes. Additional experience includes a Site Director position at Let's Get Ready and serving as a Seasonal Attendant at the New York Botanical Garden.
