Manash Jyoti Das is a seasoned Data Science and Machine Learning leader with over 16 years of professional experience. They served as Director of Data Science & Machine Learning at American Express from 2017 to 2022, where they focused on Conversational NLP, significantly scaling the team and addressing various customer servicing issues. Manash previously held roles at ITC Limited, including Branch Head of FMCG and Manager of Analytics & Strategy, and worked as AVP of Data Science at Snapdeal. They are currently the Head of Ads Solution Engineering and Head of Conversational AI at Google. Manash holds a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
