Manya Sleeper is a user experience researcher at Google, specializing in usable privacy and security since July 2016. Prior to this role, Manya served as a PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2010 to July 2016, focusing on research related to usable security and privacy. Manya's experience also includes working as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2008 to April 2010 and a software engineering intern at Oracle in June 2007.
