Marc Milani is an experienced professional in investment banking and corporate development, having held key positions at notable companies. Beginning as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Dominick & Dominick LLC in 2012, Marc progressed to roles such as Manager in Strategy & Business Development at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, and Universal Pictures, and Manager of Corporate Development at Genesys, where Marc was integral in significant transactions including Genesys' $1.4 billion acquisition of Interactive Intelligence and a $900 million investment from Hellman & Friedman.
