Marcel de Jong

Marcel de Jong has extensive experience in security management, particularly within datacenter environments. At Securitas Nederland, Marcel served as Site Security Manager and Security Teamlead, focusing on datacenter security from July 2019 to November 2023. Prior roles included Teamleader Operations, managing various clients in the north-east area, and positions at Arbode and Imperial Security & Safety, where Marcel specialized in safety advisory, project management, and security planning. Education was completed at NHL Hogeschool with a BA in Safety & Security Management, culminating in an internship with NAM BV Assen in Emergency Response. Marcel currently holds the position of Data Center Security Manager at Google, starting November 2023.
