Maria Gomri is currently the Legal Director and Head of Legal for Southern Europe at Google, overseeing legal operations across France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece since 2021. Previously, they held various positions at Google, including Head of Legal for France and Senior Legal Counsel. Maria founded and managed NewTrends from 2004 to 2005 and worked as an attorney at Alain Bensoussan Avocats and Franklin Law Firm from 1998 to 2003. They earned a DEA in Communication Law from Université Panthéon Assas and are currently pursuing a DESS in Computer Law and New Technologies at Paris-Sud University.
