Mario Leyton has extensive experience in software engineering and research, with a robust background in academia and industry. Mario served as a researcher and senior engineer at NIC Chile Research Labs, advising the Chilean Government on network neutrality and internet quality of service (QoS). As a teaching assistant at Universidad de Chile, Mario contributed to the instruction of operating systems, computer networks, and programming courses. Mario's tenure at Google began in 2012, progressing from software engineer to senior software engineer and tech lead manager, leading significant projects in payments and Google Play analytics.
