Marissa Patton

Marissa Patton is currently the Global Recruiting Lead for Data Science at Google, where they manage hiring for Business Data Science, Data Science Product, and Data Science Research across various product areas. Prior to this role, Marissa was involved in several recruiting and management positions at Google focusing on early career hiring and university recruitment. Earlier in their career, they worked at Teach For America in various roles, including Manager of District Strategy and Director of District and School Partnerships. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Children and Families in Urban Communities from the University of Southern California.
