Mark Colbert is currently the Director of Engineering at Google, leading Search Experience Frontend Engineering. They previously served as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and contributed to various projects, including launching Google Save and Google Business Photos. Mark's educational background includes a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, where they also worked as an instructor. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an intern at Intel and held various roles in graphics and technical direction at Keyframe and The Walt Disney Company.
