Mark Cooper

Mark Cooper is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Google since April 2020, overseeing engineering teams and projects. Previously, Mark held the position of Director of Engineering for the Advertising Product at Demandbase, managing the engineering team for B2B advertising solutions. Mark has also contributed to Brigade Media as a Software Engineer, developing software for a social media platform, and spent nearly seven years at Quantcast in various roles, including Lead of Interactive Analytics, Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer, where significant projects included building an analytics platform with Spark and Cassandra. Mark's career began at Citrix Systems as a Software Engineer developing applications for WAN acceleration. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
