Mark F. is the Head of Platform and Infrastructure Engineering at Google, where they lead the design and deployment of global AI factories and large-scale LLM training platforms. With over 20 years of experience in AI infrastructure and hybrid computing, they have integrated NVLink/NVSwitch with TPU/GPU architectures to create high-availability systems for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Previously, Mark worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at IBM from 2007 to 2013 and as a Technical Project Manager at Google from 2013 to 2019. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University.
