Mark Lohmeyer serves as the VP/GM of AI and Computing Infrastructure at Google Cloud since January 2023, overseeing Google Compute Engine, AI/ML Infrastructure Solutions, Storage, Enterprise Solutions, and Google Technical Infrastructure. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple senior leadership positions at VMware from August 2018 to December 2022, including SVP/GM of the Cloud Infrastructure Business Group and Cloud Services Business Unit, managing extensive cloud software and services portfolios across various platforms. Earlier career experience includes a VP role at Cisco Systems focused on Enterprise Routing products, a VP position at Schooner Information Technology, and several leadership roles at Symantec Corporation, contributing to product management and the development of innovative technology solutions. Mark earned a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 1996 and 1995, respectively.
