Mark Ryan is currently serving as the Developer Knowledge Platform AI Lead at Google, a role commenced in 2024. Previously, Mark was a Manager of Technical Writing at Google from 2021 to 2024 and a Data Science Manager at Intact from 2019 to 2021, where Mark led a team in developing a model for usage-based insurance. Mark's extensive career also includes various positions at IBM, including Worldwide Support Manager for Db2 and Machine Learning Hub Lead. Mark holds a Bachelor of Math in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
